Responsibilities
Provide consultative support to our dealer customers within a designated territory
Offer sales and marketing training to maximize dealer efforts as a spa/Sauna retailer
Proactively sell Watkins Wellness’ spa/Saunas and accessory products through dealer channel
Build and maintain positive working relationships with existing and potential dealer customers
Provide consistent value through product and sales training, business partnering, dealer visits, effective communication, and systematic follow up
Provide sales and marketing training on a regular basis to help build capabilities and increase product knowledge
Ensure that sales and marketing programs are implemented throughout the assigned region
Coordinate with corporate Sales, Marketing, Dealer Support and other internal staff for effective utilization of programs and materials
Work with dealer customers and internal teams to problem solve issues
Actively manage territory by planning dealer visits and route loops, preparing meeting agendas, and providing regular updates to the Sales team and management
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, Marketing or related field preferred
Five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales
Experience working with consumer products, independent retailers, and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels preferred
Experience working in the Pool and Spa industry is a plus
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals on a regular basis
Demonstrated ability to motivate others, increase revenues, and work as a team essential
Proficient user in MS Office applications
Must be able to prepare reports, presentations, charts, schedules, procedures, and other data as necessary
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment
Must be willing and able to travel approx. 110 days/nights per year
Valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
