About the role

  • Key Account Manager driving sales growth for Royal Canin through strategic planning and relationships. Leading marketing initiatives with Key Accounts and internal stakeholders to optimize business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Developing the Sales and Marketing plans for Key accounts
  • Responsible for delivering Primary & Secondary targets set for the year as per the phasing
  • Lead negotiations regarding pricing, promotional funding, trade terms, and contract renewals
  • Driving JBP (Join Business Plan) drawn up with the platform
  • Driving Forecast Accuracy at SKU level for all the service regions
  • Building Product Assortment at customer/store level
  • Develop & execute Marketing Activation Calendar
  • Deliver the planned outcome and ACOS/ ROI attributed sales
  • Driving Perfect Digital Store (online) & Perfect Store (offline)
  • Control and efficiently deploy budget for brand building
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders
  • Maintain Financial Hygiene with all customers
  • Share consumer trends & competition strategy

Requirements

  • MBA or Equivalent Degree
  • Key Accounts, Modern Trade, Ecom with minimum 5yrs of experience
