About the role

  • Office Manager leading front desk responsibilities and administrative tasks at infodas, a subsidiary of Airbus in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly face at reception and welcome guests
  • Confidently handle telephone enquiries
  • Organize and prepare meetings
  • Order and manage office and consumable supplies
  • Keep company-wide documents up to date
  • Support the team with administrative matters

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Able to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Initial experience at reception or front desk
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Very good German and good English, both spoken and written
