About the role

  • Senior Paid Social Marketing Manager driving customer acquisition for mammaly's premium dog supplements. Leading campaign strategy and creative development with a focus on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and optimize high-performing creatives (especially video & UGC)
  • Independently scale and manage our paid social campaigns on Meta with a focus on new customer acquisition
  • Continuously optimize the entire funnel, from ad click through landing page to checkout
  • Work closely with the Creative & Content team, direct response copywriters, and CRO specialists
  • Conduct competitive market and creative analyses, benchmarking, and trend research

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta)
  • Expertise in direct response marketing for D2C subscriptions or e-commerce
  • Very strong analytical skills and confident handling of performance data (e.g., CAC, ROAS, LTV)
  • Experience in conceptualizing and producing performance creatives (video & UGC)
  • Ability to work efficiently with the creative team and designers
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and independent working style
  • Team-oriented with clear, transparent communication
  • Fluent in German and English
