Responsibilities
Develop, test, and optimize high-performing creatives (especially video & UGC)
Independently scale and manage our paid social campaigns on Meta with a focus on new customer acquisition
Continuously optimize the entire funnel, from ad click through landing page to checkout
Work closely with the Creative & Content team, direct response copywriters, and CRO specialists
Conduct competitive market and creative analyses, benchmarking, and trend research
Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta)
Expertise in direct response marketing for D2C subscriptions or e-commerce
Very strong analytical skills and confident handling of performance data (e.g., CAC, ROAS, LTV)
Experience in conceptualizing and producing performance creatives (video & UGC)
Ability to work efficiently with the creative team and designers
Proactive, solution-oriented, and independent working style
Team-oriented with clear, transparent communication
Fluent in German and English
