About the role

  • Marketing Campaign Manager at MYOB developing data-led marketing plans to drive feature uptake and revenue. Focusing on integrated multichannel campaigns for the SME segment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign planning, define objectives, audiences, messaging, channels and timelines to drive customer and commercial outcomes
  • Deliver a test-and-learn approach (including A/B testing) to optimise creative, channels and offers, improving feature adoption and campaign performance
  • Coordinate the development of on-brand content and messaging, x-channel, tailored to customer needs
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Brand, Web and Digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns and consistent experiences
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasting and spend to maximise ROI within agreed limits
  • Track, analyse and report on performance, using insights to optimise in-flight activity and inform future campaigns
  • Champion continuous improvement by sharing insights, improving ways of working and educating stakeholders on growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Relevant marketing or communications qualifications, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • A campaign-led marketer with experience running integrated, product marketing campaigns (ideally in SaaS, software or eCommerce).
  • Proven track record to drive acquisition and/or expansion outcomes using data, insights and experimentation
  • A creative, curious problem-solver who can turn insights into clear campaign plans and test-and-learn activity
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and budgets while keeping the customer front of mind
  • A collaborative communicator, confident partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Goal-oriented and outcomes-focused, while contributing positively to team culture
