About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and implement a full SDR process from scratch, including scripts, outbound strategy, email sequences, and CRM workflows;
- Manage the lead pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and handover to Account Executives;
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics and lead quality;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align strategies for pipeline growth;
- Conduct customer and partner initial qualifications and present the company profile;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and sales innovations, especially in AI and enterprise solutions;
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events;
- Continuously improve sales processes and lead quality;
- Implement best practices and standardization for the SDR team;
- Coach and mentor new SDRs and junior sales team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in SDR/BDR or business development roles;
- Proven experience creating and scaling SDR processes from scratch, including scripts, pipelines, email sequences, KPIs, and reporting;
- Strong skills in lead qualification, storytelling, objection handling, negotiation;
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP Sales Cloud) and sales automation;
- Knowledge of enterprise software sales (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle) and/or AI-enabled solutions;
- Ability to analyze and optimize team performance and lead quality;
- Experience defining and tracking sales KPIs and metrics;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Fluent in English (C1+), Russian is an advantage. German/French is a plus;
- Proactive mindset, self-starter, and able to take full ownership.
