Responsibilities
Build and implement a full SDR process from scratch, including scripts, outbound strategy, email sequences, and CRM workflows;
Manage the lead pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and handover to Account Executives;
Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics and lead quality;
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align strategies for pipeline growth;
Conduct customer and partner initial qualifications and present the company profile;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and sales innovations, especially in AI and enterprise solutions;
Represent the company at industry conferences and events;
Continuously improve sales processes and lead quality;
Implement best practices and standardization for the SDR team;
Coach and mentor new SDRs and junior sales team members.
Requirements
7+ years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in SDR/BDR or business development roles;
Proven experience creating and scaling SDR processes from scratch, including scripts, pipelines, email sequences, KPIs, and reporting;
Strong skills in lead qualification, storytelling, objection handling, negotiation;
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP Sales Cloud) and sales automation;
