About the role

  • Sales Development Representative in Malt's Global SDR team generating leads for the freelance marketplace. Execute outbound prospecting and respond to inbound inquiries in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sequences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Respond with high reactivity to inbound inquiries (web forms, demo requests, events).
  • Conduct initial discovery and structured qualification using the Pain, Urgency, and Fit framework.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and compelling value pitches that articulate Malt’s unique ROI.
  • Handle top-of-funnel objections professionally using our prescribed playbooks.
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene by logging all activities and updating core opportunity fields in a timely manner.
  • Pass well-qualified leads to Account Executives with comprehensive documentation of discovery and clear next steps.

Requirements

  • High-level education ideally in business, communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-activity sales or prospecting role.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English on a native level.
  • Experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach platforms.
  • Strong resilience, curiosity, and the ability to articulate value in a fast-paced environment.
