About the role

  • SDR role at SolarGrid qualifying potential clients and ensuring CRM accuracy for sales processes. Emphasizing on outbound sales prospecting and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, approach, and qualify potential customers for the sales team;
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding the customer profile, needs, urgency of solution, and buying stage;
  • Record and keep all contact information, scheduling, and history up to date in the CRM;
  • Follow the active outreach cadence with leads, respecting SLAs and industry best practices;
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions;
  • Participate in team alignment meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align strategies and improve the customer experience;
  • Monitor metrics and KPIs to optimize processes and drive better results;

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft 365;
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in a related field;
  • Solid knowledge of RD Station CRM, Pipedrive, Meetime, HubSpot, Salesforce, sales funnels, and lead qualification;
  • Proven experience with outbound sales prospecting and selling via WhatsApp;
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies: SPIN Selling, BANT, and mental (psychological) triggers.
