HR SSC Specialist providing support for HR processes and activities in a rapidly developing company. Acting as the first contact point for employee HR inquiries through various channels.
Responsibilities
Prva tačka kontakta za HR upite zaposlenih putem različitih kanala (ticketing sistem, telefon, chat)
Odgovaranje na pitanja zaposlenih, upravljanje zahtevima i eskaliranje složenijih slučajeva kada je potrebno
Ažuriranje i obrada HR podataka, kreiranje tiketa za ispravke ili nove zahteve
Prioritizacija pristiglih zahteva i rešavanje u skladu sa standardnim procedurama
Usmeravanje zaposlenih na interne pravilnike ili eksterne partnere
Saradnja sa ostalim članovima SSC tima i učešće u projektima unapređenja procesa
Obezbeđivanje visokog nivoa korisničke podrške uz poštovanje globalnih HR procedura
Requirements
Iskustvo ili interesovanje za HR procese, poželjno u Shared Services ili BPO okruženju
Odlično znanje engleskog jezika i nemačkog jezika
Razumevanje HR Shared Services modela i procesa pružanja podrške zaposlenima
Prednost: poznavanje HR IT sistema (SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR) i ticketing sistema
Dobro poznavanje Microsoft 365 alata (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
Diploma ili studije iz oblasti HR-a, biznisa ili srodnih oblasti
Organizacione i komunikacione veštine, orijentisanost ka korisnicima
