Responsibilities
You will provide administrative support to the P&C team.
You will be the main point of contact for general enquiries from the wider business.
Managing and organizing the logistics for regular employee induction programs, cohorts and other employee events as required.
Systems administration for Workday and providing insightful reports and providing systems admin support.
You will drive and help implement process improvement in our HR processes.
Opportunity to lead or participate in projects across the team.
Requirements
Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related subject.
1 - 2 years of experience working in an HR internship or as an HR administrator role would be highly desirable.
Mid – Level on Excel including building reports.
Previous experience in systems management and administration is highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Self-driven and Tech savvy.
Strong customer-focused mindset.
