About the role

  • HR Administrator managing People & Culture processes at Macquarie Technology Group. Providing administrative support and improving HR processes in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide administrative support to the P&C team.
  • You will be the main point of contact for general enquiries from the wider business.
  • Managing and organizing the logistics for regular employee induction programs, cohorts and other employee events as required.
  • Systems administration for Workday and providing insightful reports and providing systems admin support.
  • You will drive and help implement process improvement in our HR processes.
  • Opportunity to lead or participate in projects across the team.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related subject.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience working in an HR internship or as an HR administrator role would be highly desirable.
  • Mid – Level on Excel including building reports.
  • Previous experience in systems management and administration is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Self-driven and Tech savvy.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset.
