About the role

  • Customer Success Manager at machtfit GmbH overseeing B2B client partnerships and health strategy implementation. Engaging customers from onboarding through to performance reporting and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships: You are the central point of contact for our B2B customers (the employers) and develop a trusting, long-term partnership.
  • Strategic consulting: You proactively advise your clients on how to achieve their health goals using the machtfit platform.
  • Onboarding and implementation: You guide new customers from contract signing through to a successful go-live.
  • Increasing employee activation: You develop strategies and campaigns together with the customer.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: You track usage statistics and measure the success of initiatives.
  • Identifying growth opportunities: In close exchange with your customers you identify potential for upsells.
  • Customer feedback management: You actively collect feedback from customers and their employees.
  • Internal cross-functional role: You work closely with Sales, Product Management and Support.

Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience: You have 2–4 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar advisory role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or platform environment.
  • Structured, independent and service-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers
  • Interest in SaaS products, digital tools and data-driven workflows
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to prioritise
  • Very good German and good English language skills
  • University degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, IT) — or relevant practical experience.
