Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives related to CRM platforms, ensuring full governance of deliverables (schedule, costs, scope, and quality)
  • Act as the focal point between technical teams, business units, and executives, facilitating alignment and decision-making
  • Lead projects with a strong data focus, including system integrations, data structuring, and ensuring data reliability
  • Develop and monitor execution plans, anticipate risks, and provide visibility through reports to leadership
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams with different specialties (business, technology, and data), promoting collaboration and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in CRM-related solutions and processes

Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading CRM-focused projects
  • Experience with widely used industry tools such as Salesforce, IQVIA, or Veeva
  • Relevant experience in initiatives with extensive use of data and integrations
  • Ability to navigate between technical and strategic discussions
  • Clear communication skills and ability to influence at different levels of the organization
  • Experience with agile and/or structured project management approaches
