About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via chat, Teams video calls and email.
  • Resolve common questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide general customer support.
  • Create content for the knowledge base.
  • Ensure customers receive an excellent support experience with CV.
  • Improve the support team’s structure and processes through continuous improvement practices.
  • Train other support agents on best practices for customer communication and on problem analysis and resolution.
  • Conduct benchmarks, courses, and mentoring to raise the quality of CV’s support.
