About the role

  • Customer Success Manager connecting healthcare and IT for ITCOS GmbH in hybrid or remote setting. Involves customer acquisition, consultancy, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition: You identify and win new B2C customers — e.g., healthcare practitioners, care facilities, and similar.
  • Empathetic, smart consulting: You develop intelligent, tailored solutions for our customers.
  • Relationship expert: You maintain existing clients and strategically expand your network.
  • Market expert: You spot trends and turn them into new opportunities.
  • Team player: You work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field
  • Alternatively: career changers with strong sales experience
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, ideally in IT or healthcare
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Ability to work independently and a high level of motivation
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1)
