About the role

  • Customer Success Manager managing client onboarding and satisfaction for a leading AI recruiting platform. Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize user engagement and success metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding end-to-end, ensuring customers go live quickly—configuring workflows, managing ATS integrations (Bullhorn, Avionté, Greenhouse, Workday, etc.), and driving early adoption.
  • Manage a portfolio spanning staffing agencies, BPOs, and Fortune 100 enterprise customers, guiding them through activation, usage optimization, and ongoing success.
  • Lead QBRs, strategy reviews, and workflow assessments tied to measurable ROI.
  • Build deep relationships with TA leaders, HR executives, Recruiting Directors, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Identify expansion opportunities based on volumes, adoption patterns, and business goals.
  • Monitor account health, usage trends, and integration performance; proactively resolve roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer insights and influence roadmap direction.
  • Ensure smooth transitions across Sales → Onboarding → Success to maximize adoption and retention.

Requirements

  • A strong CSM or client-facing operator experienced in onboarding, adoption, and account growth for SaaS platforms.
  • Confident navigating technical workflows, ATS/HRIS integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting setup issues.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders at staffing firms and Fortune 100s.
  • Exceptionally customer-obsessed, proactive, and focused on delivering outcomes—not just activity.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where urgency, ownership, and excellence are expected.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms (Bullhorn, Avionté, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Dayforce) is a major plus.
  • Analytical and curious, comfortable digging into workflows, data, and hiring processes.
