About the role

  • Administrative Assistant in the Family Assistance sector providing support to the Executive Board with financial operations and documentation. Involves administrative tasks and compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Board with payments, financial cash reconciliations, organization of controls and spreadsheets, and secretarial duties for the Executive Board;
  • Organize documents, provide administrative support, assisting with bureaucratic, organizational, and management tasks for the Executive Board;
  • Support the Executive Board in Controllership and Compliance areas;
  • Monitor expiry controls for contracts, agreements, and permits (alvarás);
  • Contact suppliers, partners, and government agencies to ensure compliance with contracts and procedures;
  • Assist the Executive Board in monitoring performance and preparing presentation reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related fields; Law is also desirable
  • Experience in the taxation/fiscal area
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Integrated accounting and tax perspective
