About the role

  • People Team Coordinator enhancing HR operations at Luminos Fund. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, leave coordination, and reporting to improve education programs for vulnerable children.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Manage recruitment administration from requisition approval through offer preparation.
  • Maintain and manage the ATS, ensuring accurate data, timely progression, and reporting.
  • Coordinate onboarding workflows, including documentation, systems access coordination, and first-day readiness.
  • Ensure consistent onboarding experiences across all regions.
  • Coordinate recurring HR workflows, including: Annual reflections and performance processes, engagement surveys, compensation and promotion review cycles.
  • Coordinate medical, parental, and other leave processes across countries.
  • Track, maintain, and prepare people data and reports for leadership and board use.

Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive experience in HR operations, people coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong experience working with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance tools).
  • High attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working across time zones and cultures.
  • Familiarity with EORs and multi-country employment contexts.
