Responsibilities
You generate and qualify leads for our Account Executive team
You contact prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn
You conduct initial discovery conversations and identify potential customers' pain points
You hand over qualified opportunities to the AEs and schedule meetings
You keep all activities accurately recorded in the CRM (HubSpot)
Requirements
Fluent German (native) and very good English
Strong drive for sales and comfortable making outbound calls
Based in Berlin and willing to come to the office 3x per week
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
Independent, structured way of working
Resilience: a “no” motivates you rather than discourages you
Initial experience in Sales, Customer Success and/or a startup (nice to have)
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) (nice to have)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field (nice to have)
