About the role

  • SDR responsible for conducting initial lead outreach and qualifying prospects at a digital marketing agency. Engaging with potential clients and maintaining CRM updates for pre-sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct the initial outreach to marketing-generated leads promptly
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales responsible (Closer)
  • Execute the contact cadence (emails, WhatsApp, calls)
  • Continuously nurture leads and keep the sales CRM up to date
  • Complete the requested spreadsheet
  • Participate in team alignment meetings

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or pre-sales (SDR, Inside Sales, or similar roles)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented to maintain CRM accuracy and manage outreach to all leads
  • Proactive in suggesting improvements and pursuing ambitious targets
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
