About the role

Responsibilities

  • Market Research – Analyse labour market trends, talent challenges, and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Background in recruitment, sales, marketing, or other people-focused environments where relationship-building is key.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales-enablement tools.
