About the role
- Intern supporting recruitment operations and internal engagement activities at Love, Bonito. Involved in candidate experience and people engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment operations and administration which would include posting of roles, screening of candidates, scheduling and communication with candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment data such as candidate experience, hiring sources and turnaround time
- Assist in all internal engagement activities (e.g. Townhall, Festive celebration etc)
Requirements
- Available for 6 months internship period
- Open to university students of any seniority
- Candidates with a specialisation in Human Resource or related degree preferred
- Candidates with prior internships in People & Culture roles preferred
