  • People Services Manager focusing on HR and engagement programs in Edmonton's IT company. Supporting organizational culture and managing employee services and recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Long View’s mission to deliver an exceptional employee experience
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, internal moves, promotions, and departures
  • Provide leadership to Branch Recruiter and oversee talent management processes
  • Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and comp annual reviews
  • Champion Long View’s culture through belonging initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ HR Management experience
  • Experience developing and presenting training programs and info sessions
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational / time management skills
  • Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Post-secondary education
