Data-driven CRO Specialist responsible for end-to-end Visitor to Customer Conversion Rate strategy at Lodgify; addressing friction points and validating ideas.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy and testing roadmap
Bring your "growth mindset" to the table, identifying new opportunities for personalisation and funnel optimisation
Collaborate closely with Product Managers & Marketing teams to implement winning test variations and permanent site improvements
Lead the Discovery phase, using data and qualitative research to turn raw ideas into clear, evidence-backed initiatives. Create detailed testing hypotheses and wireframes to guide the design and development teams
Manage two distinct roadmaps: Ensure the "Execution Roadmap" is always moving and the "Discovery/Validation Roadmap" is constantly replenished with new hypotheses
Launch and monitor A/B, multivariate, and split tests to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics
Analyse user behaviour using quantitative data (GA4, etc.) and qualitative tools (heat-maps, session recordings, surveys) to identify friction points
Use data and evidence not just to analyse, but to convince execution teams and stakeholders to prioritise the right initiatives.
Requirements
4+ years of proven experience as a CRO Specialist or similar role with a strong track record of increasing conversion rates
Experience in A/B testing tools (e.g., Growthbook, Amplitude, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, or similar platforms)
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and data visualisation
Experience with user behaviour analysis tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or Microsoft Clarity
Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices and mobile responsiveness
Demonstrated ability to build a testing roadmap from scratch based on data analysis and business goals
Strong familiarity with statistical significance and data reliability
Experience managing and prioritising complex roadmaps (both discovery and delivery tracks)
Ability to build business cases and present evidence to executive stakeholders to win buy-in.
