Responsibilities
Design, build, facilitate, and continuously improve leadership development programs
Redesign existing leadership programs and curriculum
Facilitate leadership development workshops for associates at various levels
Define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs
Partner with HR and senior leaders to conduct needs assessments
Improve new hire orientation
Deliver clear, compelling communication and change narratives
Stay current on leadership development trends
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related HR disciplines
Strong expertise in leadership development, adult learning principles, and instructional design
Experience managing multiple complex programs
Skilled facilitator with confidence engaging leaders at different levels in a virtual and in-person environment
Excellent customer service skills
Strong change-management skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and learning management platforms
Excellent proficiency in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Fluent in French or Spanish is a bonus, but not required.
