Safety and Training Partner conducting training and ensuring safety compliance for Heath's operations. Responsible for onboarding new hires and maintaining safety protocols in the field.
Responsibilities
Serve as a visible, front-line representative of Heath’s Safety Department in the field.
Act as a positive role model for Heath’s safety culture, values, and professional standards.
Promote and reinforce a “Safety First” mindset across all levels of the workforce.
Support front-line supervisors and managers in meeting Heath and client safety expectations.
Provide real-time safety guidance and intervention to prevent incidents and injuries.
Deliver new hire orientation programs in assigned areas of responsibility.
Ensure new hires are effectively introduced to Heath policies, procedures, expectations, and culture.
Facilitate Operator Qualification (OQ) training and evaluations in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
Maintain required certifications on client-designated OQ platforms.
Administer, track, and document OQ training and testing.
Conduct GREET inspections and other field safety audits as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and client safety regulations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
4-year college degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years safety experience or equivalent.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Power-point, Excel and Word.
Must be able to efficiently and effectively communicate via email on computer and phone.
