Responsibilities
Actively shape the financial management of Stadtwerke Bielefeld
Take responsibility for controlling of the strategic business unit Waste Management
Create transparency and derive well-founded steering recommendations
Support managers in implementing strategic objectives
Manage planning processes within the business unit and ensure integrated, timely planning
Prepare profit and loss statements, earnings forecasts, variance analyses, and profitability/investment calculations
Develop measures to optimize results and targets and transparently monitor their effectiveness
Further develop controlling systems and processes
Requirements
Completed degree in economics, finance, or engineering—ideally with a focus on controlling
Several years of professional experience in controlling or business partnering
Solid knowledge of corporate planning, profit and loss accounting, and investment/feasibility analyses
Confident use of common controlling and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, BI/Data Analytics solutions)
Strong affinity for data analysis
Experience working with management and business units
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Structured, solution-oriented working style
