About the role
- Lead for Supplier Performance Management in Digital Transformation department at RHI Magnesita. Ensuring supplier compliance and facilitating project management across regions and functions with focus on delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the project management tool tracks both project progress and suppliers' contract compliance
- Coordinate with workstream leads and project managers to update deliveries and confirm that suppliers meet the acceptance criteria
- Improve Power BI reports to visualize contract compliance and define supplier performance metrics
- Ensure project teams understand contract details and establish processes for additional supplier inputs
- Guide teams in effective communication with suppliers, focusing on documentation related to deliverables that are tied to payments, risks, or delays
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management, IT, Finance or a related field
- Several years of experience working with external suppliers / IT project delivery and consultants, e.g., as a project manager, in procurement, or in a legal department
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Power BI
- Languages: English – fluent; any additional language is an advantage
