About the role

  • Mobility Partner facilitating international moves for employees at a global healthcare company. Coordinating mobility processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary contact for managers and employees on mobility cases
  • Coordinating and managing mobility processes on inbound assignments
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors
  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with internal mobility policies and local legislation
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to projects and initiatives within Global Mobility
  • Ensuring timely and transparent communication with employees and stakeholders throughout the mobility lifecycle
  • Developing your subject matter expertise within the field of mobility

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within HR, business administration or similar field
  • Previous experience within global mobility, international HR, relocation services, immigration, payroll or tax coordination
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in standard office tools, digital platforms, and AI-based solutions
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
