Responsibilities
Acting as the primary contact for managers and employees on mobility cases
Coordinating and managing mobility processes on inbound assignments
Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors
Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with internal mobility policies and local legislation
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to projects and initiatives within Global Mobility
Ensuring timely and transparent communication with employees and stakeholders throughout the mobility lifecycle
Developing your subject matter expertise within the field of mobility
Requirements
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within HR, business administration or similar field
Previous experience within global mobility, international HR, relocation services, immigration, payroll or tax coordination
Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
Proficiency in standard office tools, digital platforms, and AI-based solutions
