Responsibilities
Own creative brief intake, scoping, and workflow in Asana, ensuring every project is captured, structured, and progressing from concept through delivery.
Manage and optimize Asana forms, templates, dependencies, and automations to create clarity and streamline approvals.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to clarify objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment from the start.
Oversee production workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and technical excellence across deliverables.
Requirements
4+ years in creative operations, studio management, or creative project management.
Experience supporting hybrid creative teams across copy, design, and production.
A strong operational mindset with a deep understanding of the full creative development process.
Proficiency with Asana (or similar PM tools) and Bynder (or similar DAM platforms).
Working knowledge of print and digital production best practices.
