About the role

  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities.
  • Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy).
  • Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria.
  • Schedule and lead discovery meetings.
  • Understand prospects' needs and challenges.
  • Demonstrate the added value of our services.
  • Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch.
  • Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or first job).
  • Customer-facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Active listening and proactive mindset.
  • Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in building relationships.
