Responsibilities
Leading the HR function covering multiple plant sites to meet strategic and operational commitments.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, certification preferred (SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
5-10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Multi-site experience is required.
Labor relations experience preferred.
Proven ability to lead and influence change.
Self-driven, proactive problem solver.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be flexible and travel to various sites as required.
