About the role

  • Lead the company’s growth and community strategy to increase direct user engagement
  • Report directly to the President
  • Build, recruit and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to growth and community
  • Manage the full user lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization
  • Define and track clear metrics (KPIs) related to growth, engagement, and user monetization
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless, high-value user experience

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, or community/membership management roles
  • Proven success growing audience and engagement for a consumer product or media brand
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, marketing automation, and user segmentation
  • Experience with digital products, apps, or subscription models is a significant asset
