Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, or community/membership management roles
- Proven success growing audience and engagement for a consumer product or media brand
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of data analysis, marketing automation, and user segmentation
- Experience with digital products, apps, or subscription models is a significant asset
