Senior Growth Manager driving growth initiatives and overseeing agency partnerships for embelly's health products in Berlin. Ensuring effective performance measurement and strategic testing for optimal conversion rates.
Responsibilities
Drive growth: define goals, KPIs and budget logic (Contribution, Payback, CLV/CAC) and derive priorities from them.
Lead agencies: brief, challenge and manage Meta/Google/CRM agencies — with weekly reviews, clear next steps and measurable outputs.
On-page ownership: improve landing pages, PDPs and checkout (message match, proof/trust, UX) — you are responsible for conversion after the click.
Build a testing system: maintain the experiment backlog and run end-to-end A/B tests (hypothesis → setup → analysis → rollout).
Sharpen direct response: systematically test Angle × Offer × Creative (bundles, Subscribe & Save, upsells, creator/UGC as scaling levers).
Data & reporting: back decisions with KLAR (P&L, cohorts) and Triple Whale (attribution/diagnosis); establish a weekly scoreboard + monthly cohort review.
Requirements
5+ years experience in Growth/Performance/Direct Response (D2C/E‑commerce preferred).
Experience in the health/wellness space, ideally supplements.
Demonstrable responsibility for a six-figure monthly budget (at least one growth channel).
Strong understanding of Angle × Offer × Creative, CRO and testing.
Experience with marketing controlling & measurement: Contribution/P&L, cohorts, unit economics (CLV/CAC, payback) and attribution.
Understanding of the interplay between Meta, Google and influencers (orchestration is enough — you don't have to have done everything yourself for years).
Ability to lead external partners: clear, structured and data-driven.
Experience using AI tools to speed up and improve marketing processes (e.g. creative/copy iteration, insight extraction, experiment documentation, automation).
