About the role

  • Engagement Manager responsible for leading successful ServiceNow HRSD implementations at KPMG. Involves client collaboration, business development, and knowledge sharing to optimize HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high quality ServiceNow HRSD deployment projects
  • Provide specialist ServiceNow HRSD advice and work closely with client leads
  • Advise clients on transformational aspects of ServiceNow HRSD
  • Contribute to business development and sales initiatives
  • Lead the growth of the Powered HR practice through knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementations
  • Advanced functional understanding of ServiceNow HRSD products
  • Proven experience successfully delivering ServiceNow HRSD programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in HR leading transformation projects
  • Ability to effectively transfer knowledge
  • Well-developed analytical skills
