About the role

  • Revenue Operations Analyst providing strategic insights and data analysis for sales growth at Kpler. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to streamline processes and enhance revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the RevOps Manager, analysing revenue data
  • Uncover performance drivers and inefficiencies
  • Provide insights that empower cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth
  • Bridge Sales, Marketing, and Finance to streamline processes
  • Enhance data quality and enable smarter, faster decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Circa 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience with financial modeling, ARR/MRR calculations, and revenue recognition principles
  • Strong understanding of deal flow and order to cash
  • Experience in SaaS / subscription business models is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or other data analysis tools
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced functions)
