About the role
- Support and enhance revenue operations through data analysis and system improvements at Float, a leading Canadian fintech. Collaborate with various teams to drive efficiency in revenue generation processes.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards across revenue teams using tools like Salesforce, Metabase, and Google Sheets
- Own monthly commission calculations for Sales and CS teams and manage monthly customer cashback calculations
- Support pipeline reporting, funnel analysis, and forecasting workflows
- Monitor and improve data quality across revenue systems
- Create and maintain process documentation for reporting methodologies, metric definitions, and calculation workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function at a tech or SaaS company
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI/reporting tools
- Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy and process integrity
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear takeaways for non-technical stakeholders
- Nice to Haves:
- SQL proficiency
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Hightouch, Fivetran)
- Familiarity with commission/incentive calculation workflows
- Experience at a high-growth startup (Series B–D stage)
