About the role

  • RevOps optimizing revenue operations at Epsor, supporting teams in automating and structuring their processes. Collaborating across Marketing, BDR, Sales, and Finance departments to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Be the owner of HubSpot administration and architecture
  • Maintain and evolve internal automations
  • Structure and prioritize internal requests (Marketing, BDR, Sales, Finance, CRO)
  • Review the run management framework
  • Lead high-impact automation projects for the business
  • Redesign and optimize key processes
  • Integrate AI solutions into teams' daily workflows
  • Create and maintain clear documentation

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a permanent role in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional projects: from scoping to delivery, involving multiple teams and tools
  • HubSpot owner: you administer, structure, and govern the data
  • Robust, maintainable automations (Make, Zapier, CRM, etc.)
  • Data-minded: read KPIs and investigate anomalies
  • Strong interest in AI
  • Structured approach: identify root causes, propose solutions, document and transfer knowledge
  • Comfortable with complexity: multi-team, technical environments
