Be the owner of HubSpot administration and architecture
Maintain and evolve internal automations
Structure and prioritize internal requests (Marketing, BDR, Sales, Finance, CRO)
Review the run management framework
Lead high-impact automation projects for the business
Redesign and optimize key processes
Integrate AI solutions into teams' daily workflows
Create and maintain clear documentation
Requirements
At least 3 years in a permanent role in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops
Proven track record managing cross-functional projects: from scoping to delivery, involving multiple teams and tools
HubSpot owner: you administer, structure, and govern the data
