About the role

  • Revenue Operations Director managing RevOps for EMEA at Tealium. Focused on sales, marketing, and customer success alignment for scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with EMEA Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to drive pipeline health
  • Own regional cadences including forecast calls and renewals planning
  • Support customer lifecycle processes from acquisition to churn prevention
  • Build and maintain reporting for pipeline velocity and revenue KPIs
  • Drive adoption and feedback to improve GTM tooling at the regional level
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards for Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Serve as a point of contact for deal structuring and contract negotiation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a software or technology company
  • Expertise in tech platforms that support the revenue lifecycle (e.g., Salesforce.com, Marketo)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field; MBA preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with digital marketing or SaaS is a plus
