About the role

  • Recruitment Specialist focusing on high volume recruitment for Kognitive Sales Solutions. Managing various recruitment tasks, ensuring skilled candidates for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, job fair events, employment centers, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough virtual candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit.
  • Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Create ongoing recruitment/sourcing strategies and tools as a means of increasing applicants and driving awareness in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with Sales recruitment an asset.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
