About the role
- Director of Human Resources for Kelvion's production facilities in Herne and Monzingen. Leading HR operations for approximately 300 employees and participating in strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Overall HR leadership for both production sites, totaling nearly 300 employees, including oversight of two HR Service Partners
- Point of contact for local management and leaders on all HR-related matters
- Handling of individual personnel actions
- Negotiation and discussion partner for local employee representatives (works councils)
- Implementation of (corporate) projects for the respective site
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or law with a focus on HR
- Alternatively, a relevant vocational qualification with extensive professional experience
- Experience in HR within a manufacturing company (ideally the metal industry) in a leadership role or as a Senior HR Business Partner
- Experience in budget planning and KPI reporting
- Some initial leadership/management experience is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with SAP & SuccessFactors
- Willingness to be on-site at the other location for several days twice a month
