About the role

  • Joining Keboola as an HR Business Partner to enhance people operations and drive organizational performance. Designing scalable processes and partnering with leadership across Europe and North America.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own **end-to-end HR processes**: onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, HRIS, contracts, payroll workflows, compliance, and policy frameworks.
  • Drive **AI-first operations** - automate workflows, implement smart tools, and use data for quick decisions.
  • Keep HR systems clean, accurate, and audit-ready (100% HRIS data accuracy standard).
  • Create repeatable, scalable processes for a distributed, global team.
  • Partner directly with team leads & execs on org design, team structure, talent planning, and engagement. Plus hands on daily agenda.
  • Coach managers on feedback, performance, conflict navigation, and leadership development.
  • Support employee relations with fairness, clarity, and cultural alignment.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and run quarterly check-ins, annual performance cycles, and 360° feedback.
  • Build IDP-based development paths for each role and team.
  • Launch lightweight, practical L&D initiatives (e.g., manager enablement, onboarding accelerators).
  • Translate people metrics into insights for exec decision-making.
  • Use data to validate priorities, resourcing, and org structure.

Requirements

  • A **builder** - you’ve designed HR processes from scratch (not just managed existing ones).
  • A **hands-on operator** who loves tools, automations, and streamlined workflows.
  • A **trusted HRBP** who can coach managers through daily operations, help them navigate conflict, and shape org decisions. You should be a performance management realist – you believe reviews should differentiate performance, not just validate everyone. You're comfortable coaching managers through difficult conversations and pushing back when calibrations skew too positive.
  • It is nice to have (but not a must) an experience in global, distributed environments (EU / US / Canada ideal).
  • Data-driven, tech-savvy, and excited to use AI in daily work.
  • Strong communicator, clear writer, calm under pressure.
  • Fluent English is required and Czech is nice to have.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Generous paid vacation time. And we mean generous.
  • Cool new offices in the heart of Holesovice in Prague. You need to be 3 times a week in the office.
  • No set office hours and flexibility.
