About the role

  • People Lead supporting team members at Dr. Klein Privatkunden AG with a focus on personal and professional growth. Encouraging initiative and addressing team needs in a remote hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • You support your team members individually and adapt flexibly to their needs.
  • In close collaboration with the functional leaders (Lead Links), you identify talent, nurture strengths, and ensure the right deployment.
  • You monitor your team members’ performance and conduct annual salary and development reviews.
  • You create the conditions for personal and professional development.
  • You are responsible for all employment-law and organizational matters across the employee life cycle (e.g., recruiting & onboarding, probation management, reference preparation, compliance with legal requirements).
