About the role

Responsibilities

  • Placement will be in the Human Resources & Legal department and the Corporate Communications department and, by arrangement, possibly in other units of Central Services
  • The Human Resources & Legal department within Central Services is responsible for carrying out and implementing operational HR activities for all business areas of St. Johannisstift
  • This includes defining process guidelines, the hiring process, applicant management and payroll
  • During your placement you will develop an understanding of the diverse topics within HR & Legal
  • In addition to working in HR & Legal, you will also gain experience in the Corporate Communications department for a mutually agreed period of time

Requirements

  • You are currently undergoing commercial vocational retraining and are required to complete an internship of at least 6 months
  • Interest in HR work and corporate communications
  • Enjoy working with people and present a friendly, open demeanor
  • Initiative, independence and good interpersonal skills
  • Discretion, attention to detail and absolute reliability
  • Very good command of standard MS Office tools
  • Excellent written language and spelling skills
