Responsibilities
Placement will be in the Human Resources & Legal department and the Corporate Communications department and, by arrangement, possibly in other units of Central Services
The Human Resources & Legal department within Central Services is responsible for carrying out and implementing operational HR activities for all business areas of St. Johannisstift
This includes defining process guidelines, the hiring process, applicant management and payroll
During your placement you will develop an understanding of the diverse topics within HR & Legal
In addition to working in HR & Legal, you will also gain experience in the Corporate Communications department for a mutually agreed period of time
Requirements
You are currently undergoing commercial vocational retraining and are required to complete an internship of at least 6 months
Interest in HR work and corporate communications
Enjoy working with people and present a friendly, open demeanor
Initiative, independence and good interpersonal skills
Discretion, attention to detail and absolute reliability
Very good command of standard MS Office tools
