Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with existing customer, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions and first-class service and support
Work closely with internal departments, ensuring processes are followed, and queries handled effectively and professionally
Support the national account management team to develop customer relationships and unlocking opportunities with effective communication
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the coffee industry
Support rollouts and scalable placements to ensure customer needs and timescales are met
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback
Requirements
Proven experience within contract catering account management, ideally related to coffee or coffee equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information
High enthusiasm and eagerness for a new challenge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel across the UK meeting customers and end user sites
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM systems
