Responsibilities
Vender, promocionar, mantener, incrementar, exhibir, ejecutar y ganar espacios, con miras al logro de los objetivos de ventas en el canal asignado
Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas, promociones y visibilidad dentro de los plazos establecidos por la Compañía
Cumplir con el oportuno recaudo y la gestión adecuada de saldos, según política de ventas
Asegurar la revisión del punto de venta, según los ocho pasos de la venta
Codificar oportunamente los productos dirigidos al canal y/o promociones (ofertas)
Velar por el mantenimiento del precio establecido según índice de precio
Garantizarlos niveles adecuados de stock de mercancía en los clientes
Garantizar cero agotados en los puntos de venta
Cumplir con el plan de trabajo periódico de visitas diarias asignadas
Aplicar las Políticas Comerciales de la Empresa
Requirements
Profesional con titulación universitaria en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial y/o carreras afines
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones relacionadas al área comercial o de ventas
Al menos 2 años de experiencia liderando equipos de ventas de Distribuidores
Experiencia comprobada en el canal de Distribuidores
Trayectoria laboral en empresas de consumo masivo, dentro del canal tradicional o mayorista
