About the role

  • Client Executive supporting management of client relationships and insight-led projects for retail media growth. Contributing to team success through data-driven consultancy and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the management of key client relationships and contributing to overall relationship health
  • Delivering insight-led projects and consultancy work to a consistently high standard
  • Using a consultative approach to answer client business questions with data-driven solutions
  • Managing multiple live projects across different clients
  • Communicating the Plan-Apps proposition confidently and handling common client objections
  • Collaborating with Insight and Planning teams to create impactful outputs
  • Contributing ideas to wider organisational initiatives that support SMG’s mission

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience contributing to high-quality deliverables
  • Confidence presenting work directly to clients
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A baseline understanding of the retail media industry
  • A solution-focused mindset and the ability to think differently
  • An interest in data and insight (experience working with data is a plus)
