Responsibilities
Delivering the business plan for the assigned group of customers within their assigned geography
Supporting the Area Sales Manager of On-Premise
Leading, initiating and preparing all contract negotiations in partnership with the Area Sales Manager
Delivering the key metrics goals (Volume, DNGP, Revenue, and Other Initiatives) for assigned customer base
Expanding customer growth through new business acquisitions
Developing and establishing trusting relationships with each customer to influence their purchasing decisions
Implementing Look of Success (LOS)
Identifying volume trends, brand, package voids, and the opportunity for new products as available
Maintaining accountability for preparing and planning an effective and efficient process for time spent in the market with customers
Collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and support
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Strong selling skills
Strong communication skills both electronically and verbally
Strong computer (Office, IOS) skills needed for use of technology and devices
Proficient in Office-based platforms around PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook needed
Strong planning, organization, and administration skill are a must
