  • Local Sales Representative for Coca-Cola managing business plans within assigned customers and geography, focusing on profitable growth and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering the business plan for the assigned group of customers within their assigned geography
  • Supporting the Area Sales Manager of On-Premise
  • Leading, initiating and preparing all contract negotiations in partnership with the Area Sales Manager
  • Delivering the key metrics goals (Volume, DNGP, Revenue, and Other Initiatives) for assigned customer base
  • Expanding customer growth through new business acquisitions
  • Developing and establishing trusting relationships with each customer to influence their purchasing decisions
  • Implementing Look of Success (LOS)
  • Identifying volume trends, brand, package voids, and the opportunity for new products as available
  • Maintaining accountability for preparing and planning an effective and efficient process for time spent in the market with customers
  • Collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and support

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong selling skills
  • Strong communication skills both electronically and verbally
  • Strong computer (Office, IOS) skills needed for use of technology and devices
  • Proficient in Office-based platforms around PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook needed
  • Strong planning, organization, and administration skill are a must
  • Frequent driving and walking most of the day
  • Lifting often with maximums up to 50lbs
