About the role

  • Expansion Account Executive responsible for managing enterprise accounts, driving growth, and maintaining relationships. Collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention in Guatemala.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise accounts with responsibility for renewals, upsells, and expansion
  • Drive net revenue retention by identifying opportunities aligned with customer goals
  • Lead renewal negotiations and ensure timely, favorable outcomes
  • Build relationships with economic buyers and senior stakeholders
  • Partner with Customer Success on account health and expansion timing
  • Identify whitespace and prospect into adjacent teams to drive multi-threaded expansion
  • Forecast renewal and expansion pipeline accurately
  • Navigate enterprise procurement and legal processes
  • Represent customer voice internally to influence product strategy
  • Build and execute strategic account plans that identify expansion potential in each enterprise account

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Account Executive, Expansion AE, or Account Manager role focused on expansion/renewals
  • Proven track record of driving expansion revenue
  • Experience with enterprise negotiations and deal structures
  • Strong relationship skills with C-suite stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Collaborative approach working cross-functionally
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
