Requirements

  • Total Experience – 10 to 12 years as HRBP in a small to mid sized organization.
  • Postgraduate / MBA Full time in HR with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant HRBP experience with IT /Product based organization
  • Should have managed at least 300+ employee’s span
  • Should have played a critical role in business partnership and stakeholder management
  • Should be a team player and be organized.
  • Must have worked with an IT or Software company.
  • Excellent on Analytics and presenting reports to the senior management.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
  • Ability to lead and execute complex projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong in stakeholder management.
  • Have worked with global teams in past
