Requirements
Total Experience – 10 to 12 years as HRBP in a small to mid sized organization.
Postgraduate / MBA Full time in HR with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant HRBP experience with IT /Product based organization
Should have managed at least 300+ employee’s span
Should have played a critical role in business partnership and stakeholder management
Should be a team player and be organized.
Must have worked with an IT or Software company.
Excellent on Analytics and presenting reports to the senior management.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
Ability to lead and execute complex projects.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
