Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks related to personnel administration
Provide HR support for existing staff at the company headquarters
Drive personnel development by planning and implementing training programs and conducting employee development discussions, including conflict resolution and providing employee feedback
Collaborate with the respective specialist departments
Manage all HR processes in close cooperation with managers
Provide input for the further development of HR processes
Conduct recruitment interviews and manage onboarding
Draft employment contracts and prepare qualified employment references
Administer and maintain the SAGE time tracking system
Monitor and prepare HR analyses
Co-develop and support project work
Requirements
A completed degree and/or commercial vocational training
Professional experience in human resources
Experience with time tracking systems and good MS Office skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanour
Team spirit, initiative, and the ability to work independently
Strong numeracy is a plus
